Get Your Cool Swag at HacktoberFest
Github in collaboration with DigitalOcean & Dev is holding a program called Hacktoberfest in order to contributing to open source software for a whole October. As a reward for this program, all the contributor around the word will have a cool shirt which able to ship to all countries with the exception of the following: Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.
To get the cool shirt, four pull requests must be submitted to public GitHub repositories between October 1 and October 31. This pull request must have a commit that we made ourselves. Pull requests that are reported as spam or marked as invalid will not be counted. The difference of this program from the previous year is, in an effort to reduce spam and help maintainers, it will be a one-week review period for all pull requests. Once you have submitted four eligible pull requests (ready-to-review, not drafts), the seven-day review window begins.
How to Join this Event?
To participate, register at official site: hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com. Make sure you connected with your github account. Then, submit at least four pull-request (PRs) to any public GitHub repository. You can look for open issues labeled Hacktoberfest for inspiration. We can still join the program even though we contributes to a repository that is not labeled Hacktoberfest. Also, the best part is that quality contributions are encouraged! Are you maintaining a public repo? If yes, create issues or label existing ones with Hacktoberfest on your GitHub projects to help new contributors know what to work on.

Done Four Contribution (Pull-Requests), then ?
After completed 4 PRs and wait for one-week review period, Hacktober will sent you an email regarding your winning contribution with link where you can claim your t-shirt at. You will get directed to your hacktober account again and will see the link to reedem your t-shirt.
Copy the redeem link and you will get your link to get a t-shirt. There are two type of shirt: Fitter(women) or Linear (Unisex).
Choose your shirt, and fulfill the detail shipping information. It can take up to 3–5 weeks after shipment for international orders to be delivered. They also said in their faq that intend to ship all shirts by the end of the first week of November 2019.
Conclusion
